Welcome to the Fitness and Nutrition Classes Registration!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from 90 Ten Basketball Aca.
Give your kids the proper education on sports fitness and sports nutrition to help them reach their full potential as an athlete.
3 month package:
• 45 minute fitness classes (22 classes September –November)
• 1-hour nutrition classes (3 classes September –November)
$195 until September 1 (Price increases to $225 September 2, 2017)
Includes: 22 fitness classes AND 3 nutrition classes
Drop-in rate: $15 fitness and $25 nutrition
Fitness Classes: Tuesday/Thursday, September 12- November 30
5:15PM-6:00PM OR 6:00PM-6:45PM
*No class on Halloween/Thanksgiving

• What to eat – when to eat- why to eat and hydrate properly
• Simple planning for the busy athletic family
• Guidelines for school day and fueling for performance
• Question and answer time
Athlete nutrition: THE FUEL your ATHLETE NEEDS
• Learn what types of foods are best to create lean muscle, power, endurance, stamina and strength
• Get lists for easy practice snacks, pregame fuel and tournament road play
• Learn how to plan and prepare your athlete for away games with easy fuel
